English Native language accent

All people who were born in their own country and learned to speak their native language will develop an accent.  Even native English speakers have their own accents like the British, Australian and American people.  In the U.S., they also have their own accents or way of speaking English depending on the locality where they learned to speak it.  It might also be the same for the UK and Australia.

Non-native English speakers would have learned more on American English especially if they were educated in their own country.  The Philippines has Tagalog as its official language but still uses English basically as medium of instruction in schools.  There are several countries that have English as their official language and have it as their language of instruction in schools.
